Karen has 25 years of Human Resources Leadership experience with prestigious Fortune 500 companies in Consumer Products, and the Entertainment Industry. Past roles include a variety of positions with the Quaker Oats Company, multiple roles with Sara Lee Corporation including Executive Director of Human Resources and Shared Services, and as a Vice President of Human Resources for Harrah's Entertainment. Karen then formed Hainsworth Associates in 2008.
Executive Coaching
As an Executive Coach, Karen will provide counseling to broaden the scope of thinking of the successful executive. This will include strategy, problem solving, creative thinking, learning how to address conflict with peers, and how to provide clear, direct feedback to team members.
Having had a seat at the table in Fortune 500 organizations, Karen has the knowledge and experience to provide direction on how to be successful in today's collaborative business environment; providing insight on emotional intelligence and internal politics.
Karen has provided Executive Coaching services to leaders in mid-size and Fortune 500 corporations. She has counseled executives in all business disciplines and has a success rate of 90% in which all executives coached have been either promoted, placed on an internal succession plan, or complete satisfaction has been noted from their direct boss
Leadership Training
We offer Leadership Development Programs for Salaried Employees and Sales Organizations. We also offer a brief program focused on the Hourly Workforce, to create a positive, professional culture.
Our trainers are upbeat communicators providing inclusive, inter-active training.
